The 2005 Bordeaux are killer. Really nice mint/eucalyptus note in this one. Perfectly balanced and integrated.

30+ minutes open in the bottle. Awesome classical French nose that I think smells like flowers in a funeral home, but others object. Massive bell pepper, herbs, and flowers on the palate. Also some nice smoke to complement the terroir. Medium finish. Has years left but drinking well!
