2015. Solid Bordeaux, with good fruit concentration but still a bunch of oak to chew through so needs more time to get to the good stuff. Depth of fruit and stone/minerals gives me hope that this will turn out well, just a bit young and pricey at this stage. $60 at GW.

A full-bodied French Merlot with gritty minerality and sharp tannins (it could stand a few years of aging or some long decanting). Small amounts of Cab Franc soften it and give it some floral tones.
