Smoldering. Smoke and embers of earth & dry fruit that slowly burn brighter. Still young. Yet to erupt into a full-bodied flame, but serene, balanced, and already glows.

Wonderful structure and blackberry notes. Slight funk with ample fruit. Paired well with roast duck and braised cabbage.

Full bodied and oak-centric with soft tannins. Well priced Merlot blend in Cotes de Bordeaux Francs region near Saint Emilion/Pomerol. 89
