Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

Good pop n pour Bordeaux, but nothing that will knock any socks off.

Proper black fruit, pencil shavings, agreeable tannins, short on finish.

Solid everyday Bordeaux. Full, lively mouth feel livens up the palette, light berry flavors well balanced by nice tannins, just the right amount of leathery, dry finish and a splash of funk. Nothing exceptionally complex. Classic and delicious.

2012 Nice every day Bordeaux, not too bold or spicy. Pleasant taste of black cherry, tobacco. Bit of sediment at the last. Picked this up in 2018 for $20 so a decent price point.

Very dry but characteristic, chalky, minerality. Solid buy at 16 bucks, ok as house quaffer but maybe a bit too Merlot heavy

Amazing red! Smooth finish

Wow, smooth.

Dark red fading out to the rim. Aromas of cedar, clove, dark fruit and dirt. Flavors of baking spices and blackberries with a smooth, dry finish.

Smelled like a baby’s diaper. Tasted like watered down grape skins run over dirty rocks.
