1990 Guiraud as part of a four Sauternes horizontal tasting. Drank end of December 2014. Took a while to open up, definitely better the second day. Very complex palate. Paired amazingly well with Carles Roquefort and pain d'épices. Highly recommended. Probably the best value/quality of the four.
