After just sampling this wineries sauv blanc with some oysters, the wife and I reset our palate with some cheese and meats and switched to their red bordeaux blend. Merlot dominant red, jam like taste with raspberry, some vanilla notes on the front. Very very enjoyable Bordeaux especially paired some pepperoni and salami. I really like this bottle!
