It needs some 20/30 minutes of air to start showing its fresh and herbal beautiful character. But once it’s there, a bouquet of great complexity gets a remind of tertiary leather and wild strawberries.
Closing on chocolaty, slightly meaty notes.
And then the real thing is…the limestone ok your palate. Which brings it to a different level.
