Pomerol Red Bordeaux Blend

Drinking at peak now, this is soft and plush and full of prunes. Dash of spicy oak, balancing acidity. Lovely, classic Pomerol.

Incredible freshness, barrel is prevalent but subtle

Smells of raisin and dates. On the palate opened up over 4-6hr into a delicious earthy, plum, umami, mushroom combo. Really an amazing wine.

Still deep and dark.
Fantastic wine.

Very fresh, red fruit basket, plumcake, tobacco, perfectly integrated tannines. Great balance on this one. Best bottle so far.
