Château Latour
Premier Grand Cru Classé Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend
My first experience with Chateau Latour and it was stupid good. Decanted and enjoyed over a few hours, it was amazing to taste how it softened over the course of the evening. Dense and very structured early on, silkier and just yummy as time went on.

Served blind in the garden at my parents house, the settlements weren’t perfect, but still the true quality shone though. Developed dark berries, partially dried and framed by bitter chocolate notes and pronounced minerality. Great finish, broad and self confident. In a perfect spot already.
