All biodynamic which is quite impressive. The nose shows notes of extremely ripe black fruits (blueberries, blackberries, plums, currants) spice, oak, vanilla, sweet tobacco. On the verge of jammy but still has structure.

Very jammy, almost raisiny. Used in a cherry sauce for duck breast, paired very well. Needs to be drunk with food.

Jammy and chewy, mysterious Minervois. Dark red in color and light in tannins. Very enjoyable with near complete absence of fruity notes, but not harsh at all. Vive le Languedoc!
