Very reminiscent of.m a New Zealand SB although not as grassy. Citrus, green apple and great acidity.

Very tart with wonderful aromatics. Green apple and citrus. Wonderful! 2012 vintage.

Nose of cheddar, lemon, pineapple, and lemongrass. Sweet and fruity with a flash of sour apples, finishing with a sweet lemon that slowly faded.
