Worried about the high acidity at first, but evened out. Unfortunately it was in a restaurant....I would have wanted to decant and drink over a longer period of time. Dry as a bone, rich in tannins, and at times a bit puckering. I think when decanted or aged for a long time, this will find a more approachable taste.

Dark purple near black in color, surprisingly doesn't cling to the glass. Medium nose of dark fruit and some vanilla. New world feel in the mouth with smooth entry and big mouthfeel. Palate echoes the nose with surprisingly moderate tannins. Medium- finish. Definitely made for current consumption. Drink while you hold the Cuvée Prestige.
