Feb 19th, 2015Somewhat closed on the nose, with some hay, apples, vanilla and almond glue. Spice? Waxy. Fresh and appley, reminds me of Le Soula & Matassa and the Languedoc whites, but less funky and smoky. Slightly oxidative on the nose, with astringency and a salty, nutty finish.
