Probably missed the drinking window on this one but so fun to pull the cork on thanksgiving with my dad - his favorite Bordeaux house and the bottle that propelled him (and thus me) on the path of the wine-obsessed. It had a bit of life remaining and actually came back to life after some time in the decanter.

I can’t drink enough of this. Textbook Graves (per everything I read of the old critics). Roasted fruit, cedar-edged nose. Broad but not heavy palate. Hot stones in the finish. Just awesome stuff with years and years to go.
