Still needs a lot of time 16 years on...maybe it will never reach its 100 point potential. Still an exceptional Bordeaux that improved markedly after 3 hours in the decanter. — 2 days ago
Very tasty, Lynn rec tried in store and bought it! — 8 days ago
Medium ruby pink rim, quite thin rim. More dense and darker on the nose than the Chapelle . Dark plum , blackberry , dark cherry , touch of spice again , quite dense , with a touch of spice on the medium length finish . Lacks the elegance of the Chapelle , a bit more tannic and bigger boned , less fresh perhaps , but a touch more mineral also . Needs more time , another 3-5 years and will show well for a further 5 -8. Again successful but the La Chapelle just comes out in front , though this will be longer lived . — a month ago
Bright beige gold. Slight haze after aeration (unfiltered?). Abundant nose of kumquat rind and balsa wood. Echoed on the medium full palate which adds form acidity, underripe quince, and a bit of white pepper. Lingering finish continues the palate. Excellent upper-end Bordeaux Blanc for any and all special dinners. Rich seafood dishes (scallops, trout almandine) are its friend. Drink now through 2027. — 19 days ago

2022 vintage. The website didn't update for the 2022 vintage yet, but according to Jeff Leve (the Wine Cellar Insider often has more recent info than the official websites), it is a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon. In any case, it is a beauty. Pineapple and white peach go hand in hand with floral and mineral aromas. It has a very round mouthfeel, but very fresh at the same time. Probably the finest value in Pessac-Léognan white Cru Classés these days. — 7 days ago
