Not quite ready, but will be quite good and a steal. Austere black fruit, potpourri and gravel upon opening, exacerbated by gnarly tannins and jumpy acid. A couple hours decant brought out its best, expanding the fruit into blue and red realms, calming the tannins and giving the acid something to do. At this point it's absolutely necessary to decant this and have it with some highly seasoned and roasted food, but this has a very bright, harmonious near future ahead of it.

Soft tannins, dark fruity flavors - cherry, not my favorite but still pretty solid

Sour cherry, mild tobacco on the palate. Long finish.

N: black cherry, currant , tobacco, dried violets , pepper
P: + charcoal, pencil lead, lots of stone, dried leaves

Holding up well w age.

Paired w oxtail stew

Lean but really awesome on the age. Elegant and pretty

Delicious wine. Once decanted, opens with primary black fruit and dried black fruit primary flavors, secondary chocolate and smoke, and tertiary earth. Complex with an interesting finish.

Garagiste selection. $13.81. Awful - corky, wet socks. Couldn’t drink.

Def think this is about at its peak. Day two was not as good as day one, but it’s still drinking really well.
