Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

Oaky smell, smooth start, peppery throughout, not terribly heavy on tannins

Drank 9/25/17. Nice pairing with a Ribeye.

Nose of truffle, coffee, and black fruits. Palate of cocoa, cassis and plums, with medium concentration. Moderate tannins, blackberry, and oak mark a long finish.

3/21/8/4/4 + 50 = 90 pts. Drink now and over the next 5 years.

New world-esque. Robust oak, moderate tannins, no obvious flaws. Good value.

This was a good wine with oaky smell. Bang for the buck.

Dry. Very sharp top taste. Moves across the tongue. No bottom taste so it fades quickly. Interesting but too soft.
