It definitely has spicy ending notes. Its smooth, wet and aromatic easy drinking wine. It reminds me of sunny winters, where I used to sit on the terrace and enjoy the afternoon sun while having groundnuts.

Absolutely delicious and a perfect match with juicy BBQd hamburgers. (NOTE: this 100% Côt should not be confused with the chateau’s Tradition bottling which is 85% Côt and 15% Merlot.)
