The ‘22 vintage was terrific. The ‘23 is even more so. With a lovely dollop of Cab Sauvignon be prepared to drain the bottle lickety-split. If pure pleasure can be given a score…an easy 100 points! (But seriously. How does one score excellent rosé? I just don’t know.) — 4 months ago

It’s not often that you see the village of Sablet make a showing in Los Angeles. Pity. The wine: a tad rustic on opening but nicely settles in to the background when the dark red fruit punches out and combines with dried earthy herbs. One would be hard pressed to find a better example of classic CduR Village…especially given the difficulties of the ‘21 vintage. Well done! (An hour in…add candied tangerine to the palate.
