An ode to Premier Cru. Thanks for staying in business long enough to deliver on this!...the first case at 8.99 a bottle with an escalation on successive cases (5 altogether) to finally, $23.99. Each case purchase incrementally increasing in cost and satisfaction. Tonight; tarry overtones, with some very dark cherry fruit. The tannins don't let up, but gosh they are a pleasure in this robust Pomerol. 15 bottles to go, let's make 'em last. Why didn't I buy 10 cases?
