Enjoyed this on my 50th at a delicious restaurant / Bloom 11 Upper Baggot Street, Dublin, Ireland. We enjoyed this with Carpaccio Wild Kildare Lamb, Haunch of wild Wicklow Venison and Fillet of Irish Angus beef. The wine was decanted and gave off notes of earth and cedar.
