Nice rose...apples, pears, slight tart cherry..delicious, paired it with our homemade apple chicken salad sandwich with lemon/vinegar/dijon mustard dressing...just perfect...

Nice light to medium yellow color with some petulant characteristic and a medium body with some complexity and a short aftertaste. A bigger bodied & darker colored and more complex body than it’s more expensive stablemate “Le Cloitre”when compared side by side.
