Nice dark berry nose with a hint of peppercorn. Silky texture with earthy fruit (bramble). I get mocha spice on the finish. Light tannins. Lingers a little barky. Great with braised short ribs

This is holding up well. Nice aromas and flavors of blackberry, plum, espresso, smoke, mineral, and spice. Good balance, medium + length, tannins are defined but soft. Paired well with Vietnamese bbq chicken. Hell of a value, too.
