Light straw color with aromas of citrus and tropical fruit adding a touch of floral spice notes, 34% aged sur lie for 5 months in neutral oak, rest in stainless. On the palate flavors of pineapple, peach and grapefruit with citrus and honeysuckle notes, generous acidity, great mouthfeel with long finish ending with a salty mineral spice character. Nice wine!
