Andre Lurton Entre-Deux-Mers Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon Muscadelle

Really nice SB when need a change up from NZ SB

Apple cider vinegar, wet stone, very little fruit on the nose. Steel-y, chalk and minerals, and papaya seed, dried unsweetened apricots on the tongue. Dry but slightly sterile profile. Needs salt and fat to bloom.

Clean, crisp and dry.

Slightly Dry, crisp. Nice summer wine. Repeat

Some of the other reviewers dinged this for too much sweetness, and it’s true that it doesn’t have the pungency one might expect from a Sauvignon Blanc, but I find it very pretty for what it is, with the Muscadet and Semillon giving a nice softness to it. Floral, peach, grapefruit, and mineral.

Overly sweet

Balanced and fruity with good mineral flavor but not strong grassiness of other SB. Very drinkable

Crisp, grapefruit, summery. Not normally a fan of Sauvignon Blanc but this seemed to hit the marks on the first heat wave of the year.

Simple but amazing.! Very easy to drink mix of fruit mineral and acidity. Buy it!
