Aug 7th, 2019Apple cider vinegar, wet stone, very little fruit on the nose. Steel-y, chalk and minerals, and papaya seed, dried unsweetened apricots on the tongue. Dry but slightly sterile profile. Needs salt and fat to bloom.

Jul 15th, 2018Some of the other reviewers dinged this for too much sweetness, and it’s true that it doesn’t have the pungency one might expect from a Sauvignon Blanc, but I find it very pretty for what it is, with the Muscadet and Semillon giving a nice softness to it. Floral, peach, grapefruit, and mineral.

Balanced and fruity with good mineral flavor but not strong grassiness of other SB. Very drinkable

Apr 22nd, 2018Crisp, grapefruit, summery. Not normally a fan of Sauvignon Blanc but this seemed to hit the marks on the first heat wave of the year.
