2000 vintage well cellared from my personal collection was actually very good. Deep purple color, smooth and very drinkable. Strong on the palate initially but zero aftertaste. Cherries and plum tastes. Wonderful finishing

This showed really well. Garnet in the glass with a brick rim. The nose is really nice; cedar, tobacco, suede, dried herbs. The palate is still hanging in there. Plums, baked cherries, capsicum, and earthy minerality. All carried along with acidity and fine tannins.
