Cheap. Crisp. Acid. Kind and of blank. Lacks the citrus or lime or anything that other cheap white Bordeaux have.

I’m pleased with this. There’s peach and ripe apple fruit, with a little melon, honeysuckle and flowers. Some slate and stone minerality, too. Not a lot of acidity. This was good with Parmesan-curry crusted catfish and a green salad.
