I have found yet another lovely Italian white. Crisp almost tingly when you sip it. Pear, nice o rely fruity. Dry with slight taste of mineral that always make a white wine interesting to me.

I’ve come nearly full circle on Italian whites thanks to bottles like this. Lovely with body, mineralogy and acid. Easy drinking undersells it but it is a great food wine and summer sipper.

Fresh, entry-level Fiano by Campania cult producer Ciro Picariello. Crisp, mineral-driven. Pineapple, grapefruit, great acidity.
