Nose very clean. Rainwater. Minerals. A hint of smoke.
Palate is very fresh. Small amount of Green apple. Some lovely tartness. As it opens some elegant smoke. An hour in getting a lovely density. More like meursault than typical bs Sancerre.
90 minutes in this is simply excellent Sancerre. Perfect balance. Good density. Not too much irritating sauvignon blanciness. Really good.

Just great, so many layers! Round with chalk minerality and grapefruit citrus, not to momma’s sauv blanc!
