Complex, rich, balanced, multifaceted. Gorgeous nose, yellow pear, meyer lemon, honeysuckle, white tea, honey, hazelnut, white rocks, lees, cream. Love the broad shape it has, almost reminiscent of CH, very lengthy.

Wow. This is great. It's obviously on the sweeter side but balances with a great sour and what I assume is a block of melted butter. Strongly recommend pairing with west coast oysters.
