Very funky nose, crisp and light bitter apple on the palate. The oxidation doesn't carry thru to the mouth, which makes it actually really drinkable and interesting. — 10 years ago

Wow. This is great. It's obviously on the sweeter side but balances with a great sour and what I assume is a block of melted butter. Strongly recommend pairing with west coast oysters. — 10 years ago
