100% Pinot Noir and absolutely gorgeous from the first pour. Fine, refined, elegant, with beautiful red orchard fruit, chalk, ocean air, and that subtle seashell/saline thing on the nose. And mad brioche. Seamless, composed, already beautiful, no awkwardness at all. Serious depth but carried with total grace. One of the best Champagnes I’ve had all year. Even better on day 2. Picked up depth and breadth.
