Cab, Merlot, petit Verdot from Israel! Aroma at first was very perfumey, but after opening up has evolved into more of a cassis. Color of blackberry wine. Still a little sweet, possible small amount of residual a la Orin swift style. Tannins are integrated and textural. Blind I would have guessed a $30-50 merlot based blend involving cab and zin from Napa. Like the other Israeli wine I wish it had more I individuality, but in trying to be objective, and knowing how popular this would be if it were available and people tried it, I decided it deserves a big :) Complex, well-executed. mazel tov!
