Light straw color. Light in the glass. Sweet nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemongrass and spice. Lots of material in the mouth. Nice quaff sitting on the terrace overlooking Queenstown at sunset.

Nose: Clean, M/+, Pear, Nectarine, Mango, Lemon rind, Green Onion, Bell Pepper,
Palette: Dry, M, Citrus Flesh, Dry Slate, Lush Vegetative, Unripened Pear, Rosemary, Grapefruit
Interesting development to the wine within glass oxidization via swirling. Starts out very aromatic with ripe tropical fruits but develops into a classically characterized Sauvignon Blanc with its vegetal bouquet and pleasantly astringent acidity.
