Not the most flavorful wine. The first smell reveals apple and pear in play. The second smell reveals in earthy herbal touch and maybe a touch of citrus. The third sniff reveals a bit of rose or other floral properties. Overall I would pair this wine with a fish or a chicken dish (due to the citrusy tones) or other white meats. This is a great summer wine for a light and cool refreshing drink that won't slow you down.
