Cuapro Classico Superiore Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi

The nose was rich and complex with notes of almond paste, peach, sage, refreshing floral tones, flint, and crushed seashells.  On the palate, I found silky textures with ripe apple, peach, fresh herbs and saturating minerality.  The finish was long with a gorgeous mix of lingering green apple acidity and saline-minerality. #collisioni17
