this wine needs to breathe. very rich, spicy start but manages the smooth finish. you can taste berries if its allowed to breathe. excellent with dark chocolate, salted dark was amazing! best wine-chocolate combo I've had in awhile.

would be good to gift to someone who knows wines. I only don't rate it higher because I'd like my wines big, but a little more easy drinking
