Medium straw. White peach with a hint of white pepper on the nose. Medium mouthfeel, slightly viscous. Bright acidity, stone fruit with a hint of citrus, and faint chalky minerality. Not a particularly long finish. Too hot for spicy cuisine, otherwise very easy to drink!
