A nice drinking Pommard that is fully mature with good balance & finish. Sadly my last btl of a case.

Nov 12th, 2020Red currant and herbs on the nose. The palate is restrained and short. There is a lack of depth in this bottle and an astringency that is hard to get past.

Jul 8th, 2017Nose is skittle shy with nice red and black cherry fruit accented with all spice and nutmeg. Nose is developing secondary notes of earth and dried leaves. Palate is still quite primary with spice and mineral notes to the cherry fruit. Decidedly round tannins with good lift from the acidity.
