Ordered “a bottle of rosé” from the French proprietor of a French restaurant (albeit in a small town in Baja) and expected a dry and crisp bottle to go with oysters... but this was cloyingly sweet and about the worst bottle of wine I’ve ever had. 0 for 2 on bottles purchased in Mexico. Luckily I still have a few other options brought with me in a wine check...
