Solid Corvina blend, typical Corvina aftertaste with ripe fruit burst. Distant second to Allegrini's version, but also more value on the price. At $18 of put this out as a twist to the "usual suspects" at dinner.

Smooth and approachable, although not quite as interesting as some other Amarones I've had. Still, a bargain at Trader Joes for around $18, especially if you've never had an Amarone before.

Good nose, but annoying sweetish taste. A bit smoky, but too sweet, luscious and fruity.
