More acidic than other Pinot Noirs I have had, not as smooth but still light. My favorite willamette valley PN is still Sokol Blosser.

A bit thin and acidic, but an okay Pinot Noir. Went fairly well with grilled lamb.

On the eve of my (and John Lennon's) birthday, I'm going to drink the Cooper Hill Pinot Noir which features a nice garnet color in the glass. It has a bouquet of strawberries, dark cherry, and earth but will evolve after it's been aerated. The taste is a decent bit of fruit but also a little tart. It has a really nice finish and leaves you wanting more.
