Nine years old, > 90 points, > $20. I thought it was too good to be true, but I've been known to invest in a bit of snake oil every now and again. This guy's a gem, though. Big tannins that hushed at the sight of the cheese on our pizza. Surprisingly good pairings: béchamel sauce, milk chocolate* with macadamia nuts.
*I'm over 30 and therefore not usually a fan of milk chocolate, but this stuff was good.

Crianza 6 meses en barrica 60% roble francés y 40% roble americano.
Nítido rojo oscuro con tinte violáceo, propio de una cosecha reciente y una capa bien cubierta son el anticipo de las sensaciones que nos esperan en nariz y boca.
Oflativa: gran intensidad, con predominio de aromas florales y frutos rojos frescos, identifican la uva de la cual procede, se integran con el roble que aparece sutilmente muy de fondo
Gustativa: envolvente, fresco y sabroso. Gran equilibrio gracias a una buena acidez en concordancia con las percepciones dulces que posee. El tiempo redondeara ese potente tanino que aparece al final, dándole un carácter y estructura propios de esta tierra
