Quince and slight honey aromas. Bright, crisp palate catches you off guard then smoothes out softly with big mouthfeel and nuances of minerals. Paired nicely with Caesar salad, whole wheat crostini topped with roasted san marzanos, EVOO and blue cheese. This small biodynamic winery is producing some knock out wines in the Applegate Valley.
