This is one of those that needs to sit for a while to open up. But once it does it is a superb Pinot. Spices and cherries greet you upon opening. I got some red fruit and licorice upon the first sip. However others disagreed with me. But it is my post so I am going with mine. The acid was not too high for me and let this finish nicely. This is an elegant glass of wine and one to enjoy with friends.
