Light bodied with medium acidity and soft.
Dry on the palate with blueberries, strawberries, vegetables, wood, animal notes, bitter herbs, light black pepper and carmel.
Short finish with extremely soft tannins and bitter vegetables.
This inexpensive Pinot Noir surprised me, actually. Balanced and drinkable. A nice everyday red wine from California.
Simple with a soft mouthfeel. A good wine to pair with foods like chicken or pork dishes.
Might have oxidized a little, although the cork seems intact.
