Smooth, with an excellent bouquet that slowly finishes with dark berry nose.

Christmas 2018 gift from Jeff; got better on the 2nd and 3rd day

Fruit forward. Not much complexity

Balanced fruit. Slightly vegetative. Baking spices. Nice tannins. Delicious.

Needs at least an hour to open up.

Smooth. Let it warm up a bit for filet mignon

Good. A little bitter finish

Strawberry and raspberry in full, but not a giant fruit bomb. Great example of Paul Hobbs’ skill.
