Drunk without food, which is wrong for this wine. In a pretty good spot, beautiful nose of creamy oak, white flowers, grassy tones and lemon citrus. Piercing, racy acidity on the palate, which has a squeeze of barely ripe lemon softened by the oak influence. Assertive and fairly long, it wants time and food but has character and class.
