13 Morgon : well this is just flat out delicious. hardly any surprise that from the exceptional 2013 vintage, Daniel Bullard has crafted an outstanding Morgon . A joy to the eye w its mid wt red w a hint of violet ; the palate perfectly echoes the nose of crushed small red berry fruits with lovely crunchy acidity, medium intense middle palate. Excellent line and drive underpins a glorious fragrant finish which closes with nicely rounded tannins. Benchmark Cru Beaujolais. Bravo M. Boulard ! 🍷

Easy drinking beoujalais. Fruity and crisp. Smooth (ish) finish. Citrusy (that's a word!), but not overpowering. Good, not great... for my personal taste, needed a better and smoother finish.
