Tiny bit funky. Very interesting. Acidic

It's almost a cupful of tart, crushed gooseberries but the acids are too forward.

柑橘系の味わいが強すぎる。ビオっぽさはあまりない。まるこほーる ¥2,400くらい。

Even though sulfur free, super sulfur on the nose, with a bit of oak. Light on the goal, sulfur persists due to nose but finishes crisp and slightly salty. White with a ton of character. Holds up super well to all things pork. Savagnin watch out.
